Listening

Listening can be louder than words. Sometimes listening means more than talking. Listening means more than interruption. Listening does not meant thinking of who you'll tell their secret to. Listening is not thinking of what you'll say next, but understanding what they're saying. Listening means being a friend. Listening means you care, at least a little. Listening is vital in relationships. Listening isn't just the other person talking, listening is needed in all participants of a conversation. Listening means valuing what others say. Listening can mean valuing what others say more than your own opinion. Listening is quiet. Listening is not a time to think whatever you want. If you listen, you'll know to move the conversation to be about them, not about you. Through listening you realize it's okay to change topic. Listening does a lot. The absence of listening can be the most annoying thing.

Listen listen listen! :)
